Were any of the inhabitants ever called Findlater?

Visited the location about three weeks ago. It was so picturesque, beautiful and dramatic. Great place for birdwatching too.
It was only during our visit when chatting with a local it had been used as one of the film locations for The Odyssey

Once holidayed in Touring Caravan with family way back roughly 1953 at Banff visiting Tarlairs almost every day.
A commentator on the Tarlair’s Site promoted Findlater Castle and having viewed the drone video am compelled to visit. The location is up there with Dunotter!
